Powell Finance & Income operates a set of private, internal-use software applications (“the Apps”), including the PowellFI MCP Server and the Book-Line QuickBooks add-on. The Apps are used only by authorized Powell Finance LLC personnel to carry out the firm’s accounting and bookkeeping work. They are not offered to the public and have no public sign-up.

The Apps operate as a server-side integration layer connecting the firm’s accounting workflows to authorized business systems, including Intuit QuickBooks Online and Google Workspace. All operations are initiated by authorized PowellFI personnel through internal tools.
